Realtor.com posted another article April 20th, that we just had to jump on AGAIN. They had a home in Ohio priced at $72,800, a "castle-like estate" that would also "need additional cash to whip" back into shape. Built in 1885, our home in Owosso, MI is priced at $9,900 & boy is it getting tons of action! This too "is not in good condition", however at a price this low, the possibilites are ENDLESS!

Realtor.com posted this article February 22nd, that we just had to jump on. They state "A well-preserved Victorian home will usually sell for a premium. These lovely houses with decorative trim, intriguing rooflines and lively color schemes are often out of reach for the average home buyer." They couldn't be more right, BUT, CastleRock REO has them for way less! Not only are they below $100,000 in price, they are waiting for your touches & your finishes! You can live in the past while inspiring the future, at a DISCOUNT!
