They had a home in Ohio priced at $72,800, a "castle-like estate" that would also "need additional cash to whip" back into shape. Built in 1885, our home in Owosso, MI is priced at $9,900 & boy is it getting tons of action! This too "is not in good condition", however at a price this low, the possibilites are ENDLESS!

An article released on March 3, 2016 from CNBC detailed the drastic increase in flipped properties all across the United States. Figures showed 180k properties were flipped in 2015, thats 5.5% of all sales. In addition, average gross profit sits at a staggering $55k. Evidence that this might be a smart investment?
